Nemone and Pete wanted to be very involved in their own wedding plans but without having to do it all. We chose a local hall in the village of Saltaire for their reception, which needed to have the facilities of a hall for reception drinks and dancing later, a wedding reception room, a hot buffet serving area AND, very importantly, a play creche for the 20 or so little people that were also special guests! This was very much a family gathering.

The bride and groom led their guests from the church to the hall in a wedding procession and sipped their first glass of champagne with the sound of a string quartet playing in the background. Later, the guests sat at tables named after drinking establishments frequented by the couple with their friends over many years.The decor was kept very simple and stylish with white linen and chair covers and low centre piece arrangements and candles. For the grown ups there was delicious hot food provided by a local Indian restaurant, and the little people had their very own party food provided by one of the mums.
